I have coded a custom Free Directory website.

Minimum Submission Requirements:
- Website services must not cost $£ to use.
- Website should be PR3+ (submit if lower, addition is points based, you will be added once you reach our minimum statistic requirements)
- Website CAN link back to us, websites that do receive DoFollow

Why Submit?
* This is a unique directory, for websites that are only free. Commercial websites will be denied.
* Organised/Categorised SEO Directory is keyword sensitive for Google. It applies SEO rules.
* If your website is new, you can be the DoFollow link of the category by linking to us.

* Free submission – there is no charge for the review and listing of the site
* Reciprocal link – a link back to the directory can be added (We now allow you to show your Stats, on Reciporical Link)
* Do follow – Listings with reciprocal link, receive Do Follow listings. If your website is new, you can be the DoFollow link of the category by linking to us.
* No Costs - I will never accept cash for listings, approval has its rules which are clear to visitors/webmasters.
* Human Edited - Manual Approval, after statistics bot flags your site.
* Fast Approval - We get notified on phone, rss and email on Your Submission.

this sounds great,but my blogs are relatively new so the PR is 0 !
can i still get listed?

Yes, You can still submit your blog's.
They will not appear at the top of the listings.

Once the category reaches its limit, those sites bellow PR3 are moved to "page 2". So you are good for now, and once a limit is reached you will just not be on the main page. (Unless you increase your PR!)
