Thread: free directory submission

i read many article on directory submission. And i see many are using free directory submission site. i just want to know is this site gives such type of banifit which paid site gives.

IMO, Paid directory is more useful than the free one. Since the free one has no assurance that they will approve your site.

I have been successfully doing directory submission to free directories in the past and getting a PR of 3 easily doing that. I have never submitted to paid directories.

You will see a better effect from a paid directory submission, but the problem is most people don't have a ton of money to pay directories. I use free submission since I can't afford a lot and the little money I make off my site and blogs go straight to bills.

All type of submissions are useful whether big or small. So try all methods available to you....

Which bills? Home rent,electricity,internet bills or the bills to maintain the websites?

Something is better than nothing, and every link counts, If you have time then you can submit your site to directories.
