Thread: Submitting to directories advice

Im going to start submitting my site to a large list of free directories. I was just wondering if anyone had any guidlines for the title as some of them say you must use the official name of the website, would you stick to this or use keywords. My company name will be Vision Window Films and the title I was going to use until I saw this was window film, window tint & window tinting as these are the three main keywords I want to target. Would I be bets advised to use the genuine title which has got the keyword of window film within it or try to use the second one?

You can use other title for your site in submitting to directories. It's important that you use your keyword also as your title.

The best advice will be to read the guidelines of that particular directory site before submission.

Be careful before doing submissions as it will be quite helpful in doing the submission properly. It is indeed a great thread as it will be knowledgeable to a lot of people.

I like to use different titles. I also try to make the words in the sequence that someone might enter into Google. The reason for this is because anchor text = keywords.

you should have to read the submission Guidelines when you are going to submit your sites in directory but hopefully all (most of the directory) has the simile guidelines.

submit your site in proper catogory
do not post multiple key words submission
spam should not be tolerated
do not submit your site if you have Adult, gambling, illegal content sites etc.
