There is a good list in Yahoo. Do not miss Bestoftheweb. The price to get featured thre is high, but it worth the money.

DMoz and yahoo directories are the best. You can also submit our link on High PR directories many of them are free and paid directories.

Yahoo and Dmoz directory are the best but be sure that when you submit your site to those directories, the description is well define and the chosen category really fits for your site so that it will be approve and no problems at all.
