This is a dofollow webdirectory. Accepts reciprocal and paid listings: blog-catalog [dot] info

The process is very long. Need to register first before you can submit a link.

There are tools to do this fast, too bad i don't have it

Don't want links with reciprocal links

It has some nice feature like web, topic, research, job, flight, image, video shop, hotel, news,health classifieds,yellow pages, white page, web mail and search wizard. those are important for reciprocal link.
