first time directory maker here.

okay... there's a lot of directory-shmirectory going around, so i decided i'd join the rat race. except, i've been trying to install phpld2, and can't get it beyond install step 3. it keeps rejecting my password or something.

but, i'm looking to develop it beyond a directory in itself... any suggestions on light directory scripts, which offer submissions to multiple categories? and definitely something that's open source.

@ kalina... thanks, went through some of those (the free ones, that is)
i think i'll go with dvduval who offered to help out.... and it does seem like a very active forum back there.
