LinkBidScript 1.2 is Released

Good news for the bidding directory fans.

New version of free LinkBidScript 1.2 has been finally released.

It has many advanced features, easy customizable and the best part - it's still free.

I got the free script yesterday.
Finally today I got it uploaded with no problems.
Looking good with the template I am using.

Good thing I like about this script, is that it shows BOTH alphabet and categories!
Something I do not believe other bid link scripts have, unless there is a mod for them somewhere.

Someone very nice (and pretty) is going to do the logo for me.

You should have a demo linked, which is easy to find, I am not going to search high and low and in between at your forum just to view this, nor sign-up to download, until I see the script in action for myself. I am sure many others would feel the same, you should be linking to a demo and a page about this script, not a support forum, anyway...

True, it did take me a while on his forum to find the demo links.
But the download link was easy to find and use.

Another drawback, that I hope does not happen in the future.
He mentioned version 1.2 was ready for download, but the only download at the time was version 1.1, which I downloaded and set up on the site. Had it looking good.
Then I get an email that before I get the directory going, I should upgrade to version 1.2. This time there was a link to download it.
BUT: the problem was this. And it is sure to mess with everyone who got version 1.1 and getting links on their directory.
To upgrade to the new version means a CLEAN INSTALL!!!
YOu lose everything up to that point, including the database.
Hopefully in the future, they will make the script more user friendly and more easily to upgrade withouth wiping out everything and starting all over.
Which I had to do!
