I have a PR 3 free link directory here:

Recently i have added the option to buy a featured link at the top of the select category. The price is 4.95 could i please get some feedback on this is this a good price, would you pay for this, why yes or why not.

Also feel free to submit your site.

Unfortunately, I would not pay nor would I submit to your site. There seems to be a lack of organization and integrity. Take for example this categeory Eubc - Submit Your Site - Arts & Humanities . You have listings that are not relevant to the category. There are sites selling viagra, furniture, sunglasses and neck ties. There are some listings that have no description and some that have a description in a different language. All this inconsistency makes that category irrelevant and useless to people. Remember, if it's no good for people then it's no good for the search engines.

Clean up your listings and place them in the proper categories. Don't be concerned about PR and don't allow sites that are low quality like sites selling Viagra.

That looks like a nice directory, even if a bit crowded. And it seems to be PR4 now! Cool!
