    Default Namecheap has problems

Can't register a .com or .net today at namecheap.
Can't even search for a domain name at namecheap, as .com and .net not working.

Have a super 5 letter .com domain I found and I can't register it!!!

There was a notice up about the problems, now the notice is gone, maybe it's fixed now.

It wasn't working for me too, but now it's working perfectly.

That is a good domain name, even pronounceable and easy to remember.

I think its got something to do with their recent ICANN accreditation. They havn't fully migrated from eNom and it looks like they may *finally* be implementing their own registration service.

Yeah, I used go daddy last week for a domain, namecheap is much more simple, easy to use and better designed in general.
