Do you think LLLLL.com is the next big thing
or
do you think LLLL.net is the next big thing ?
Do you think LLLLL.com is the next big thing

I think they both have a future however it will still be a few years until these take off.
So you investing on them ?

A better statement would be next big hype!

5 letter .coms are not a hot market right now.
Unless you have one that is very pronounceable and has some page rank.
Check this thread for 5 letter .coms:
Five letter domains - Webmaster Forum

Why does this stuff matter?![]()

True, I am seeing LLLL.com's devalued quite a bit!
Depending on where and when, you can usually pick one up for less than 50 bucks.
Saw some for sale for $20!
So the LLLLL.com's?
Unless very pronounceable, right now at just register fees.
I think it will be a while yet before either. I mean so many LLLLL.coms are available.
What's llll.com? I don't get it! That makes no sense! AAAAHH!!!
Professional Web Banner Design Service - Let us Design Your Web Banner for low as $13.
Oh. Well I suppose if it's relevant. I hate acronyms, though. I always forget what they stand for.
Why not say XXXX.com domain names? Or does that sound too much like porn?

IMO: only PRONOUNCEABLE LLLLL.coms are worth money...and by pronounceable i mean easily pronounced...

One only has to check sedo, moniker and other domain selling sites.
To see that some of the 4 letter and 5 letter go for big bucks, even if not pronounceable.
Plus there are big time buyers with lots of bucks right now buying up all they can find.
The other domains that are selling for big bucks are good keyworded domains, like watchtv.com .net .info and so forth.
Lucky me today picked up another 4 letter .com domain for just above register cost plus a few 5 letter .com's for register cost.
One just has to hunt for them and grab them at a good price.
Whole object, according to all the domaineers, is to hold on to them for a bit until the market really heats back up.
That and develop them into something.

Rather than LLLL.com being the next big thing, in 2009 it may become .LLLL

Thought it was 100k :x

LL.com domains are being sold for $500,000 or even $1,000,000 :eek:mg:
Aside from the fact that there appears to be a lot of hype around them I don't see what's so special about 4 letter domain names.
