hello

have had a webdomain for years and the due to contact details not up-to-date it has lapsed into redemption period (40-70 days then delete).

our hosts seem problematic, we have paid them over £100 for the bill to 'get out of redemption'... BUT it is painfully hard to wait as time is ticking... now around day 67!

a week ago they said it would be 24 hrs.. time goes.. then then said they have sent an email to HEAD ADMIN, but they sent the email to us! we told them so they could actually send info to head admin.


Q: can we go direct to rescue our domain name, if so where... it is a .com

Q: can we be first to re-own it somehow?
