Thread: .CN Domains

I just took advantage of the .CN domain name offer over at name.com where you can get a .CN for $0.25 - Bought about 50 of them, and some of them premium domains that I was suprised had not been snapped up already. Don't quite know what to do with them, But they were so cheap I couldn't resist.

Tell us what you picked up CS and we'll give you some ideas.

List the premiums please

I thought I was a bit too lucky with all those premium domains. Here is an email I have just received from name.com

Hello Justin,

Thank you for contacting us. This is because the .cn registry (and the
country of China) will not allow certain words to be used in domain
names. While these names appear to be registered, and are in your
account, they will not function. Please reply to this email with a
list of ALL the domains you are having these problems with. Once we
have that information, we will delete the non-manageable domains and
refund your transaction.
