3 characters nets are being bought up fast (future investment reasons) ..real pricey to buy a 3 character dot com!

Personally I buy 3 characters nets because they are becoming rarer each day, (at least the recently expired ones) and been noticing that are selling or being auctioned off fast at the "domain buying/selling" forums that I belong too!
