.com is the de facto domain name for business. If you think and am confident that your your website will be successful and stay there for a long time, you must get a .dot com

This is particularly true if you are selling something. However, other extensions would be probably be alright if you just want to put adsense on.

A .info domain can somtimes be obtained very cheaply for as low as $1-2. You can get them for experimentation.

.info is a spammy extension for many people. My advice is to use the .com.

A .com is better known by everyone that is why most people register the .com of the website they wish to have. It is also a better decision to go with a .com because of those whom are not computer savvy & wouldn't know that a .info extension even existed.

Even better is to get all the extensions for your business so no one can try to take it away from ya, get it legalized then try to sue your butt for using "their" trademark/copyright (typically only if you got the name after they got their trademark/copyright approved/legalized, otherwise it would just be grandfathered in - lesson learned from the vbulletin trademark )

Most people take .info as spam domains, plus it's quite easier for people to hit Ctrl+Enter after entering the domain name
