The domain name can be old, but if it doesn't get any traffic or if the domain name doesn't have a good content in it it's no worth much.

At least the domain name has a page rank of 2, so you can take some money for it.

Ya obviously u need to get site up....But the Advantage is, whatever you write about Google will put it high up in its rankings....Aged Domains are best for SEO....

Google always prefers older domains to newer ones......
