I am seeing lots of high PR buying threads here, Before buying the domain do not forget to check PR whether it is fake or genuine.

I heard this many times and until today it is not clear for me on how to determine and how they can create a fake PR? Is blackhat involved in this?

There are several online tools for checking fake PR. Just type "fake PR checker" in google, you will have many.

I also got some webmater offered me PR 4,5 domains at cheap price. But when I check them and find they are Fake PR domains. The best way to check fake PR is check the cache of the site. If domain name shown in cache and actual are same then it is not fake PR site.
