so i cant get my picture to show up in my sig.

Did you enclose it in [img] tags?

We don't allow img tags in the signature, you have to use the "signature picture" option below the signature editor in the usercp.

It allows you to either upload or provide a url to an image, be sure it's within the size limits mentioned there, after you press "save signature" it's uploaded, so you go back and go back down below the signature editor and click "Insert Signature Picture" and save, again.
