Personal Notepad

You'll notice a new feature in your User CP called "Personal Notepad". You can use it for whatever you like to store in it.

If you have "New Subscribed Threads" it will be just under that.

Can be used like a "To Do" list or something for those of us with a lot to do...

Like...

1. Blow my nose.
2. Contact Kalina about some vBulletin work.
3. Smack Grim and run.
4. Tease Wiki.
5. Have a laugh with RHM.
6. Tease Timmy.
7. Send love note to random stranger.
8. Tell Ninno he's crazy.

It is nice to see some proactive and innovative administration - that's one thing I really like about WTF. There are some other forums which are as crusty now as the day they were born (sorry Shawn).

It's already been useful to me.

It's a feature that I think comes standard on IPB. Now all of the forums where I am active are vB. And that is the one and only IPB feature that I have missed. Now if I can just get the rest of my vB forums to add it I will be all set. :cool-e:

I could try making it collapsible, it wouldn't totally be gone, but would take a lot less space with only the red bar showing. It didn't come with options to hide it.

Kalina added 8 Minutes and 22 Seconds later...

You can collapse it now, I don't know how to make it so you can have it disappear completely, or else I'd do it...

You'll have to wait for Kalina to answer, I however added a self signed SSL cert for webtalkforums.com You should be able to access the forums using ssl now if you wish

Secure server, https

If anyone wishes to they can connect to the forums via SSL for a higher level of privacy.

The server appears still to load pretty quickly while connected via SSL.

I had SSL installed before on the domain, not sure what happened but it was no longer active 'server change perhaps?'

Anyways with the talk of privacy yesterday I installed a self signed SSL cert

I'm using it for my grocery list, the only problem is that my 17"WS LT does not fit very well in the top side of the cart....especially if my daughter is already sitting there
