Noticed that earlier this afternoon.

Happens off and on here.

That issue was when I was working on the server today

A 'handler' I was changing to did not like the permissions of some sites. I have turned that handler off and will not turn it back on until I am able to discuss and find out what files need to be changed.

Good man to fix it so fast.
