Default Right click/open in new tab

So why, can I right click/open in new tab on the blue nav bar, but I can't do that on the red one at the top?

I get a different menu when I Rclick the links on the red bar. Same menu that I get when I click on something that is not a link...

I'm sure it's just an IE thing, but why?

I will have to look into it, I don't know why right now. But the way it's put together is totally different than the blue bar.

I can control click, that works.

    That works too...

But both of those require use of the keyboard, and using two hands...

I was more curious about the difference in how the 2 bars worked.
