Since this keeps happening, I've added this to the rules:
  • Sales thread trashing is NOT allowed here, if you're not interested in purchasing the item or don't have a valid question, then do not comment in a sales thread. It's fine to tell the seller if a link is not working or similar, but do not bash the sale in question in any way which can cause the seller to lose sales. Report a sales thread if there's a problem with it. Trashing a sales thread will result in a 5 point infraction which will expire in 1 month and will extend any existing infractions which you may already have.

And BTW, before any smartass comments, staff IS allowed to question a seller in any manner they deem fit.
