I thought that when you because an Elite member that you were able to use custom user titles? Is this right? I don't see the option anywhere

You should be able to set your custom user title at Edit Profile. It is the first thing below "Optional Information - All information will be viewable by other forum members."

That's where I thought it would be but all I have there is Homepage Title and then MSN, SKYPE and AIM options

Yep that is the right place - just above Homepage URL

Well, Im not sure then what the pre-requisite is for a custom user title - grim will know

I believe only admins and possibly mods can, Colleen is actually the one who would know.
She is the brains of the operation.

It's not automatic as far as I'm aware.
The only reason some of us have them is because Zap was feeling generous one day.

Mine just automatically showed up on its own. I typed in 'Kentucky' and it was converted

I am sorry to report that I no longer have the ability to change them for people.
I haven't had that ability in ages.
