Exercise: Talk a walk, play a game.
Good for health and mood.


A bar of chocolate or an alcoholic beverage or three. It works wonders.
What I do is to eat something sweet, or listen to music or see a funny film on TV or DVD or just go for a walk, have a bath.
So THAT is what a Chill Pill looks like!!!! LOL
Chat with your friends, don't be alone, communication is the best source against depression, and solve your problems because every bed mood has reasons, so remove them)
I ask my friends to raise my mood! They know how to do it!

When I am with a bad mood I just try to go online and surf in the net or many times I talk with someone I special coz he can make me laugh all the time...I asked him to talk about a lot of things .
First: try to determine the cause of your changing mood.
1. Maybe it's because of your lifestyle. Do you eat healthy, exercise, drink enough water, sleep enough, get fresh air?
2. If it's not because of your lifestyle, maybe it's an emotional problem bothering you. Why do you suddenly feel sad? Find the cause and try to solve the problem by adressing the cause and not the symptoms.
I usually will put some upbeat music on none of the I lost my dog kinda country music or any of that and then find something to occupy my mind and time, or give me a sense of accomplishment..... find a project to work on.
Take a walk, watch a comedy, read a good book, a little sweetness such as a piece of chocolate or fruit and open the blinds or curtains, if it's not raining outside. Usually, a little sunlight helps or turn on a bright light. Light releases some of those brain chemicals.

I avoid sugar. Sugar seems to mess with my mood. I can turn into a real b--- if I eat too much sugar. High fructose corn syrup is the same thing. My mood is usually great though because I am a positve person overall. I take cod liver oil and try to get some sunshine which seems to help also.
If i have to cope up with my bad mood then i will start listening to music a bit loud.
I try to move out to a calm place and stay alone. I try not to lose temper on anyone. You can listen to soothing music or do whatever makes you happy to change your bad mood.
in a depression just do some exercise with loud music and chat with friends changes my mood rapidly..
It depends on how bad my ba mood is usually I have a beer and play on the console for a bit, I might go to the gym and listen to music while I work out or have a few drinks with my friends and take my mind off it.
The only quick fix I know of is to go for a walk and get some sunshine. However, I have been able to control my mood by taking Cell Food and Cod Liver Oil often. The omega-3 fats help improve brain function and mood. It's not a quick fix, but it does help if you continually take this supplement. I hope this helps...
