Are You Afraid of New Situations?

Hallo to everyone, I have a problem - I'm so afraid of new situations that I can't eat anything sometimes. Has anyone the same problem? How do you cope with this fear? It prevents me from normal life((

Absolutely. Everybody' s afraid on a new situation that we're not used into.
But we need to face our fears and be ready to the consequences. We couldn't move on if we will just stick in the past.

My life is a field of ever changing situations where I must constantly switch gears, meet new people, take random business phone calls from strangers and find myself in new places. Lately, I've tried to tone it down to maintain sanity and focus on what I need to. Though, I am pretty used to new and different things regularly.

Everyone gets nervous sometimes, but it sounds like your problem is unhealthy if you feel you can't eat or lead a normal life. Don't feel ashamed to seek help if you think you have something like anxiety disorder. It's more common than you might think.
