How do You Know when to Quit Your Job?

Hi to everyone! So what's the "last straw" to let you know that you've had it? A grumpy boss? Overloaded every day? A better job prospect?
As for me it is the absence of prospects in my job. When there are no prospects – there is no future and no career.

i think when you see that you are not feeling comfortable with your job or when you think that you are not working according to the burden of work it is the time to quit from job.

My thought on this topic is that once you start even thinking about quitting your job; then may it is time to quit your job. If you were truly satisfied with your current job, then the thought of quitting wouldn't even be crossing your mind!
