Well drifter, her avatar here is actually Misa Campo, a popular Canadian born model, so basically what is going on here is, that Ms Campos is disguising herself as some chick named Sami so that she can participate in every day internet conversations with normal people, which would be impossible for her to do if every one knew her real identity.
