High heels vs. flat footwears

My friends used to wear high-heeled foot wears. I prefer to wear flat foot wears unless I needed to wear high heels.Do you prefer to wear high heels or flat foot wears ?

I prefer wearing trainers and boots. I never wear high heels

flat is good for your health, you can search for problems with high heals. they are not good for your health.

flat footwear.. much much more comfortable.

I prefer to wear flat foot wears, because it is more comfortable. Otherwise, I wear shoes with high heels whenever I have to attend an occasion.

I wear heels only on special occasions as during the day I should move around the city and I can't do it wearing some shoes with high heels. Flat heels for ever.
