I'm not a designer. But I think that site is to crowed.
When I used something like this ... I used videoencounter.com to chat. That is why I say it's to crowed. Take a look and decide for yourself.

Chat scripts are overly saturated on the market right now. I think it looks nice for a chat script but it isn't unique and it has been done before. I use chat scripts on my site for support and so do a lot of hosts. I always get support via chats.
