Does anyone force password changes for staff?

I'm just wondering if anyone uses vB's build in feature to force password changes for certain user groups every so often?

I've been thinking about doing this for mods and above on my DJ forum.. Any thoughts?

I haven't done this but vbulletin recently did this to my member account for my license area, it was annoying but I understood the reasoning.

It's good security especially with all the wackos traipsing around the internet nowadays.
