Well, i have a new forum.
Its in my signature.

I cant figure out how to Use open ads in it.
I have open ads installed but im confused on how to get it in my header (the overall header file?).

The open ads site left me scratching my head.

Maybe some one here can help me?

I think I saw in the dark that it was phpbb so you would need to edit header.tpl

What EXACTLY are you having trouble with? Is it getting the code or putting in the code? Do you have your zones and publishers set up?

I have the code, im having trouble putting it in

Then stick it in the overall header, do you have an adblock on your browser? That could be it. Is this phpBB3? If so, make sure it is pasted after the <<end if area, at the very bottom of the file.
