Default Internal Server Errors and weird redirection

A member on my SMF forum has had trouble accessing the site, even when we were on other servers.

She sometimes gets redirected to this link:
http://redirect.ip3networks.com/defa...d=5&price=0.00 (which doesn't work for me).

Admin, I'm sorry to be a problem child, but I'm still getting Internal Server Error 500 messages, even after the move. I can't access the site from about 6:00pm through 10:30pm PDT. I checked with our computer folks and my ISP this morning and they tell me this message is due to something on the website server's end. I've explained that I was getting them before but that you recently changed servers. They've suggested - and I don't know how accurate this is - that if the entire site was migrated from one server to another, the cause of the errors could have been moved with it.
    :huh-e:

She's the only one with these issues.

I've submitted a support ticket to the host but was wondering in the meantime if anyone knows the cause?

Is it possibly due to the DNS propagation?

No. It was happening on other servers. We've also been moved for days now.

Also, this site of mine was hacked in the past, could this redirection be something leftover?

If it is happening only to one member, I would say it is something on that members computer that is redirecting her.

Check with all your other members and see if anyone else is having this problem.

I would agree with ID, IP3 Networks appear to be a wireless network provider.

Someone here had a similar problem but it didn't seem to be solved. http://komarix.org/per/computers/trivia Bottom of page..

Makes very little sense to me but maybe you will understand it..

Thanks UB. I've told her to at least do a virus scan. I really don't know how else to help hr and seeing as it's only her, it's got to be something on her computer. She has no trouble from work, only at home, has to be on her end somehow.

Since you said your server has been hacked once, you might want to install and run checkrootkit to find any leftover from the incident. Who knows if there is some php exploits script lefts.

    I don't have a server, it's a reseller account.

My site was hacked, not my server, I probably can't run that if I need root access to the server and it was on the old server anyway, 3 hosts ago.

    this is because
either the .htaccess and its settings

or because of the mod security on the server and its rules

if u dont have the server so check the .htaccess file in the www folder of ur site
