Users Not See Smilies

In VB is there a setting or something which would cause a user not to see the smilies for posting, or in PM's. The selection box to add them to their posts?

I've got a user who can not see them at my forum and I'm trying to figure it out.

If they don't have show images ticked then maybe it would stop showing the smilies, not really used it.

Hi,

Ask what web browser he is using. I had the same problem with ie a lot of pics and stuff did not show up but when I went to firefox every thing was fine. I think it might be in the setting in ie about blocking banners and stuff but I could not figure how to change it back.

It's probably wrong but all I know. Just a thought.
