Does a VBulletin license allow you to make as many forums as you want?

I'm interested in a VBulletin license... I just want to know that I buy it I'll be able to make as many forums as you want or am I only allowed to make one with just ONE domain?

Just one per license.

One vBulletin license is only for one domain name, you can always purchase multiple vBulletin license to host more than one domain name.

Not just that. You are only allowed to run one instance of it.
So, you can't use one license, for example, to run two forums at subdomain1.domain.com and subdomain2.domain.com.
