Looking for Moderators - Apply Soon!

As my forum DENTOCAFE - Largest Dental And Medical Discussion Forums is growing large, i need few extra hands to moderate it.

As of now, no compensations are provided but you would be getting a link slot on the forum's sidebar and few more valued gifts ahead.

Persons with good experience on forums may only apply.

I always find it best to hire moderators from your member base. That way they are familiar with the community and you also know them well.

I agree with that. Getting mod from your community will be the best way to go.

I totally agree with your point, butt he thing is i don't have many users of that capability.
Regular users are just students or medical/dental professionals and they are hardly acquainted with the moderation.

Of course, you are right!
But you see, i cannot go behind each and every one teaching them, it would make the job very tedious and above all i do not have much time.
If i had 1-2 regular super mods, they could take care of hiring more moderators at the lower level and so...

yup choosing from your members would be great besides members will know automatically after a week or so... if they know how to post they will know to moderate..

giving moderator to dental students rather than other profession will be of great value as they can spend more time and help other with dental issues..

I would love to but i'm not too free but i could help you if you need atleast 1+ hrs per day...
