SEO for phpBB3?

Does anyone know of any SEO mods for phpBB3?

I know this is an old thread, but I am replying because it will help others who read it after me.

I don't know about any specific MOD but I got it installed by a coder who I hired. After doing the SEO on my forum I can see a link on the footer to this site phpBB SEO may be the MOD is coming from that site.
