VB Unable to give infraction

I have completed all fields and it still will not allow me to give an infraction?

Hmm..... hope its not for me lol... I have had this before. Looked in AdmincCP and it said a template needed reverting and it fixed it. But that may have just been a coincidence.

Is the infraction system turned on and is your user group able to give infractions? The infraction form is confusing...There are four fields: ban reason, note to user subject, note to user body, and custom infraction reason (if applicable). Make sure all are filled in.

Yep and yep, I am admin at this forum. I have no problem using the infraction system here, it's at another forum.

If you'd like give me a test account with admin credentials and the ability to manage users. I'll see if I can get you back in action.

Quick shot: Have the infraction templates been customized any? Board recently upgraded? you could have the old JS files cached, hard refresh and try again.
