Avatars not uploading

When I am trying to upload avatar all I am seeing is this

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong? why are the avatars not uploading?

The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller)

Anyway I see that your avatar is working now.

Yes, I hired a technical person and he fixed the issue. The issue was because of the file path where the avatars save, it was set wrong.
