How do you propose some service would improve your alexa rank. Organic traffic is the best method to measure. You can go get a bunch of traffic driven to your site and your alexa will go down, but serve no purpose.

Why the need to use this service when you can user twitterfeed to link a forums RSS to a twitter account or three and blast your site with that much traffic that your alexa rank drops for free?
