Starting new forum, your ideas please

I am considering to start a car/auto forum for Indian Autos (niche). there are few forums there, but I think there is enough space for few more

so, need your help on a car forum could be "different", think for a moment that you are starting a car forum and tell me what you would do to make your car/bikes forum different

Possibly if you know of a few experts in the field that could be mods, might not be different but could be beneficial.

Well if you are going to start a forum in general, would suggest you add categories named differently than the usual forums and also write your own unique descriptions to interest more people.

For example i myself would use something that i came up totaly myself, though you could hire a writer to do that for you and make a contract with him or her so he/she cant use those names/descriptions afterwards!

Also run some contests is a good concept, not sure what car people would want as prices though. Mayby some small car stuff that you can put on/in the car? Could also add something like money for example, will sure attract some people that wants to earn some easy cash

If you need help moderating or anything i could help out in return of something small, depends on how much help it includes and how much time it will take Just pm me if you want a honest moderator/admin or just a administrator to help installing modifications/stuff on the forum
