Quote Plus or "+ in VB

Can anyone tell me how to get the "quote plus" on VB (is it a mod?) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- VVV down there VVV

It's a built in function actually.

Those are the multiquote buttons. A new feature of vBulletin 3.6x version. You can quote several different posts in one single post by clicking on the multiquote button on each of the posts that you want to quote, then click the regular Quote button on the very last post that you're quoting. All of the quoted posts appear in the one post.

The default vB buttons have a plus (+) on them for multiquote off, and a minus (-) for multiquote on. Some designers still use the + and - on their buttons, but I rarely use them, preferring to change the color of what would be the - button altogether.
