Default How to link to a sub-forum? plz help

If you go to this forum you will see a MAIN forum titled GOOGLE, and there is a sub-forum in it named "Adsense" I know how to create a sub-forum but I don't know how to LINK it from the MAIN category.

See this image to exactly know what I am trying to say.

Can anyone please tell me how can I link to sub-forum from main category as shown in the image?

    Thank you

Open your ACP. vBulletin Options > Forum Listings Display Options> Set "Depth of Forums - Forum Home" to 2 or 3 depending on your preference.

They may be using a hack from vB.org: Cyb - Sub-Forum Manager - vBulletin.org Forum which I have installed on one of my sites, it arranges the layout of subforums on forum home into columns so everything looks clean.

hmm, that's strange. By default child forums are listed 2 levels down on forum home.

If you'd like to PM me acp access, I'll login and take a look at it.

There's two setting that sound similar, he may be adjusting the one in the forumdisplay, not the forumhome... I believe you can set both.

My 3 depth's are each set to "2". Forum Home, Forum Display and Sub-Forums, all "2".

I am sorry Deejay, I can't give you the login information. I am not allowed to do that.

I have informed the admin about the vBulletin hack that you shared, let see what he says. If I can't do it then he will do it.

View the site with the default template if you have it, if you see the sub-forums then, then the custom template would be the problem.

Additionally, you can also contact vbulletin support and explain this problem.

Also, by "3 depths", I meant under "Forum Listings Display Options" only, the first three boxes, I have set to "2".

Depth of Forums - Forum Home: 2
Depth of Forums - Forum Display: 2
    Depth of Sub-Forums: 2

No problem, Jani. I'd just be more of a help if I could see it, double check the settings myself and look at the forum home template.

@Colleen: If this is the site in his signature, directoryjunction.com/forum, it's already using the default template.

Thank you colleen for sharing this... me too set all the 3 depts to "2" and it worked

Now the sub-forums are showing yahoooooooooo

Now I have another question, please tell me if I should start a new thread for that.

Question: As this WTF forum has a link to "Latest Blog Post" next to user's name, I want to have that on my forum. Can you please tell me how is it possible?

Thank you very much to Deejay and Colleen for helping me
