Thread: Good party game - BACKWARDS speaking

Somebody should record this game for YouTube - it could be quite viral indeed. If you post a video at YouTube, please mention it here so that others can see the game in action.

How to play:

Requirements

• a computer with software capable of reversing and playing back WAVE files (or other recording method).
• at least two players

Step 1: record your target phrase. Something like "Hello, my name is Brian". Try to speak at a normal speed - but it may help to speak a little bit slower and with a bit more enunciation.

Step 2: reverse recording from step 1 and playback up to 5 times for practice No matter how confident you are, you're going to need to practice. Five playbacks is not enough, but that's all you get. Clear your mind - listen to the syllables and speak along with the backwards playback.

Step 3: record your backwards speaking. Now it's time to perform - you've practiced enough. Create a new file and press record -- now say your phrase backwards "nairB si emane yim ollhow" (that's about how you'll sound).

Warning: If you have a weak bladder, please go to the bathroom before the next step
Step 4: reverse recording from step 3 and playback. Get ready to laugh hard

Rules:

There really are no set rules -- the game is for pure fun, although you can easily vote on their performance somehow to decide if they drink or chug. Honestly, the more you drink - the better you speak backwards.

problems with this game: you can't do it drunk. you have to have technical ability. you can't play it everywhere.

I would say a mod to this game is, one person records a bunch of phrases, then puts em backwards, then other people have to guess what the backwards phrase says.

Sorry, but this complicated, supposed to be FUN, game, was DOA! haha! :P
