What is Your Blog's Bounce Rate?

What is your blog's bounce rate??

Avinash Kaushik, Google’s Analytics Evangelist states, “it is really hard to get a bounce rate under 20%, anything over 35% is cause for concern, 50% (above) is worrying.” Source: Wikipedia

Isn't 35% a little low (as in - hard to obtain)??

Depends a lot. I have few sites with bounce over 50% but that's not stopping the site from earning. On the other end, I have a website with bounce under 20%.
Bounce is important but is not everything. For example if you have ads on the site, clicking on them immediately after visiting your blog will be counted as bounce, but may still bring you cash.

Hi,

Look at what page people are bouncing from. Is it the same page? If so change the info on that page to keep more people on your site. Best advice I can give.
