They have been around for a while now, their homepage has a page rank of 8 - shows how popular they are!

I would prefer a free blog at blogger or wordpress to any free web hosting because they can just terminate their services at anytime.

I prefer using blogger blogs and wordpress blogs as well coz they are more reputable than using free website in other site . Its hard to rely on free website its much better to buy your own domain

ok i agree with you as coming webriq there are advanced options in webriq in weebly we cant create sites for commercial business where in webriq you can create your own template with template tool kit

I think that most of "small and medium sized business" would rather invest in unique look for their business, than creating business website of a free template, it just, well, unprofessional and I would not trust such company myself

- but hey, that kind of templates for personal website should be just fine

I agree with Tooschee, if you are seriously looking to start business then you'll need professional websites, not just copied or template from other designers. However, you could change and manipulate coding but still won't give you everything that you wish to have on your website.
