Thread: Looking To Setup A File Host Anybody Want To Help Run This File Host

I am looking to setup a file host that can be used on my adult forum looking for someone that has a server with good ammount of space & bandwith. The hosting I am using for my forum I do not get enough space & bandwith for a file host so I am looking for someone with a server that wants to run a file host. I got a file hosting script that can be used & I can run the admin panel of the file host. I have no idea how to install the script & you can run the server side of things. If you want to throw up a rotating banner ad a the bottom that is just fine for more info PM or AIM DJboutit5

I do not suggest doing this at all. A lot of the files are going to be probably copyrighted which makes your site a "warez" site which is highly illegal.

The best thing to do is get a good VPS like I have. That way you get good speeds for your visitors. For the files, host them on other sites like Megavideo or Rapidshare and link them. That way you will not be breaking the TOS of your host.

I highly recommend a good speedy VPS though. It makes loading quicker for your content.

Actually it does. You want to host adult material that is copyrighted which is infringement right there. That is illegal and I am giving you a solution to that issue. The solution was a legal way of going about things.

Judging by your location (Texas) and the crime you want to commit, I am pretty sure you are looking at a $200,000+ fine along with at least 8 years of prison. So if you want to continue talking about more illegal things you best read the forum rules first.

Ofcourse it depends on the nature of the adult material
