I'm trying to find a coupon template for a new website not a
wordpress blog theme, anyone know where I can find one.

Cool ! That's a great coupon template for a website. You might want to checkout the wordpress templates as well, which holds a large variety of templates.

I think you should find a designer for this. It's hard to find a template if you don't mention what will be used on ( wordpress, drupal, joomla, etc )
