What do you want in a web host?

Hey Guys,

Those of you who visit Site Pt. may have ran across my post asking for feedback, and here I am again. We've gotten a LOT of ideas, but I am looking for more as we strive to become the best host out there and provide the best service.

When choosing a web host, what are your priorities? What do you want to see a web hosting company offer?

I would go for a web host company that has good reliability and wonderful real time support.

1. Service availability (99% up time)
2. Customer service
3. Hosting security
4. Hosting feature and promo (like unlimited number of email, webspace and bandwidth)

I want from a webhost 24/7 online support, up-time, downtime guarantee and unlimited bandwidth.

+1 for this, that's pretty much what makes a good host good in my opinion

Reliability in terms of

Maximum server up time
Quick response time
server security and stability
user friendly control panel
24/7 customer support

Main thing which comes first is -99.99% Up time, Quick Loading, 24 hrs. Customer support by different mean, Security and I prefer dedicated rather than shared.

Good quality hardware and support with disaster recovery plans can make a web host really unique amongst all other service providers.

In a web hosting service i want to get maximum servr up time, customer service, host security, quick response and user friendly control panel, beyond these service i also expect, web management, sub domain, advertisement, second level domain, domain name register service from a web hosting web.
