WTF is google wave ive havent heard of it

Google Wave.?? Never Heard Of It Too.. Hmm.?? Is It Some Kind Of Browser Version Or Music Streaming Engine.??

They sent me an invite quite a while ago. I think they were doing some invite only stuff at the time for some reason. It really didn't seem that appealing to me.

Google Wave is a collaborative online tool that is used for communicating between one another.

I was in the final beta test for Google Wave, and see that it went public within the last 48 hours. What are peoples thought's on Wave? Thumbs up or thumbs down?

It is open to the public now. It looks promising for a lot of people, small businesses included.

Google Wave represents an exciting new model for real-time, online collaboration with lots of potential. I could see it being used for a variety of applications, including group chats, collaborative meeting notes, event planning, project management, and collaborative news tracking.

What Is Google Wave? - PCWorld Business Center

Is anyone using Wave yet actively? What are your thoughts. It seems to be quicker than traditional e-mail accounts. It basically acts as a much smoother, faster way to communicate based on traditional GMail accounts. So far I like it and see the benefits for casual to business online users.

Not using it actively, but after testing I see it's potential. It's power comes from how it can tie everything together for the purpose of managing a project or communicating dynamically. One wave can include videos, web pages, images and more, so anything needed can be referenced in a single wave.

I'm going to have to look into this. I didn't get an invite for some reason...I've always liked Gmail though.
