With its own production and imports from more than 4 countries and having around 8 companies, I run this particular firm. My job involves various parts of the business like the logistics, L/C, pricing, transport, organizing, ordering, etc. that are relatively quite easy. Importing the products is not at all difficult for me now as I have been doing it for a while and now I am looking at exporting products. I don’t know how to begin but I do know that my products should be successful in the new market. Can someone help me out here? Any suggestions?
