Hello guys,

I have some issues with my site. I don’t understand the exact cause of the problem. When I Google for some words, my site ranks 4, but when I click on it, it gets redirected to a different site. This doesn’t happen always but it does happen frequently. However, when I type in my direct address, I land up on my site. I can’t figure out what is going on. Can someone resolve this for me? Have I made a mistake somewhere? I am not very well versed with the many aspects of a website. Please help me.

another known cause for this is that when Google indexes your pages, all the links directing to your site are also cached, this means that your search results will not be your site alone but rather all the links directing to your site will also be displayed in the results.

try checking the redirect if your site is listed in the destination site.

you guys are using jungle laws here. you cant just say "you have received an infraction for link dropping" because it just isn't enough and i don't recognize this punishment at all. 10 posts and above i have 30 and above why don't you just ban me forever. may be that could make you feel sexy[VBTUBE]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQWpVHlUTRs[/VBTUBE]

Jackson this is most likely malware. It's what some hackers do to avoid getting caught. If someone comes from a referring site they get redirected but if you type the URL directly you don't. They hope that that way they don't get caught.

Check your source code and check the Malware section in Google Webmaster Tools.

The web redirect is the most efficient and search engine friendly method for web page redirection.

This can be happen only due to the two reason, the first one is check your website source do you have redirect code there and also check to the htaccess file where we write the redirect rules, and also check into the Google webmaster tool may be can find the error there.
